Do I need a period at the end of this sentence?

I'm writing an essay about Edward Albee and one of my sentences ends with the title of his play, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?. Since the question mark is part of the title of the play, do I need an additional period following the title as above? Or does the question mark in the title serve as the end punctuation for the sentence.

Yes you do, because the question mark is part of the play’s name you would need a period at the end of the sentence.

You don’t need a period, but seeing as how its a name of his work you need to either italicize it, underline it, or put quotation marks on it to give him credit.

You don’t need a period. The ? is the punctuation.
