Does my essay sound good?

Judgment is a major issue that can influence the way people think, and can affect someone’s self esteem. Sometimes being judged could be considered a good thing, and sometimes it could be a bad thing. Other times, it could be a little bit of both. Many people tend to judge one another involuntarily. Judgment can affect a persons self esteem. Someone else’s thoughts can make a person loose confidence in them self. In my opinion it is not right to judge someone before getting to know them. Sometimes that same person that is being judged can have a low self esteem, or can get hurt easily. To me society cant create people, the people arethe ones that create society. No one has control over who you are, no one can tell you who you have to be, or if who you are is wrong. Only you can determine that by knowingif you feel comfortable or not being who you are. When you look at a person there are first impressions, when someone talks to you, you will get a sense on who the person is by the way they use verbal language to socialize with you. A type of way people judge could be by the mistakes they make. People make mistakes. No one is perfect. In my opinion I believe that we should look past first impressions. We cannot judge a book by its cover, and we cannot judge a person by a first impression or thier appearence. In conclusion, judgment isn’t a good thing, or bad thing. It’s a part of life that cant be changed. You shouldn't care whos making fun of you, or whos thinking wrong about you. When you work as hard as you can, and are succeeding in what you do, you shoudnt care about judgements or the way people think of you. If you do, it can lead you into a life that is based off of the way that people speak about you, or even look at you. Opinions may have many levels of strength, but at the end, its not going to matter. Because you will one day realize that no one is perfect, and no one is the same. If people were meant to be the same we would all look the same. Everyone is different in thier own ways, and the only one that can judge you, and judge what you do, is yourself. What should I change? Its for a college application

I think you have a very strong command of English, and I have a sense that you speak another language besides English. I can not, I am ashamed to say. I wish you luck in your career! We need to make judgments influencing the way people think, the conclusions we draw, and the way we want to conduct our affairs. In that sense, being judged could be considered a good thing, when we are seen to be a suitable candidate for a job. Other times, it could be a bad thing or a little bit of both, if we are trying to find out if a partner is a suitable partner and it is not a clear cut choice to make. Then someone else’s thoughts might make a person lose confidence in them self. Many people tend to judge one another involuntarily. Judgment can affect a person’s self esteem. Society can’t create people; the people are the ones that create community. No one has control over who you are, no one can tell you who you have to be. Only you can determine by knowing yourself well if you are comfortable being who you are. I know enough about myself to judge myself ready to join the campus of (college name.)When you look at a person there are first impressions. When someone talks to you, you will get a sense of who the person is before they speak by judging their appearance and body language. Even focusing on the verbal language you may misunderstand what they are trying to say. No one is perfect. In my opinion, I believe that we should look past first impressions. We cannot judge a book by its cover, and we cannot judge a person by a first impression or their appearance. In conclusion, judgment isn’t a good thing, or bad thing. It’s a part of life that cannot be changed. You should not care who is making fun of you, or what other people perceive is wrong about you. When you work as hard as you can, and are succeeding in what you do, you should not care about judgments of others. If you do, it can lead you into a life that is based off of the way that people speak about you, or even look at you. Varying opinions may have many gradients of importance; in school it is a professor’s opinion that will really matter. In the workforce, the judgment of my supervisor will matter. I may be my harshest critic, I want to work as hard as I can, and succeed in what I do. If people were meant to be the same we would all look the same. Everyone is different in their own ways, and the only one that can judge you, and judge what you do, is oneself, to be the best one can.
